At BubbleBud Kids, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless experience with our apps and in-app purchases. We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Below are the details of our refund policy based on different payment platforms:
Google Play Store
• Refunds for purchases made through the Google Play Store are processed directly by us.
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a refund request.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Apple App Store
• Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled directly by Apple.
• To request a refund, please follow Apple’s refund process through your Apple ID account.
• Apple will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Razorpay
• We use Razorpay (razorpay.com) as a payment gateway for students enrolling in our programs.
• As per Razorpay’s refund policy, if you opt for a refund, the amount will be reversed to the original payment method used.
• For example, if you used a credit card for the payment, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card.
• Razorpay does not charge any processing fees for refunds.
• Please note that the transaction fee and GST levied by Razorpay at the time of payment capture will not be reversed to your account.
• Depending on the bank’s processing time, refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account or card balance.

• To initiate a refund request for purchases made outside the App Stores, please contact our support team with your transaction details.
